Telehealth Therapy & Life Coaching · Crozet, VA & Charlottesville Area
I help people move through life's most disorienting seasons — whether that means healing what's hard, or building what's next.
Based in Crozet, VA · Telehealth available across Virginia.
"Somewhere inside each of us, there is already a quiet knowing — a personal compass that points toward what we need. My role isn't to hand you a map, but to help you learn to trust the one you already carry."
I hold a BA in Psychology and an MSW from Washington University in St. Louis, and bring over four years of clinical experience working with individuals, families, and groups. I am based in Crozet, VA and see clients throughout the Charlottesville area and across Virginia via telehealth.
My work centers on life transitions — those moments when the ground shifts and what once felt certain no longer does. Change, even when it's chosen, can be disorienting. That's a normal and human response, and it's exactly the kind of space I'm here to sit with you in.
Outside the therapy room, I'm a practicing artist — a background that shapes how I think about expression, meaning-making, and the many ways people find their way back to themselves.
Life transitions don't always look like a crisis. Sometimes they look like a promotion you thought you wanted, a relationship ending quietly, a move across the country, or a season of life closing before you were ready. I work with clients throughout the Charlottesville area, Crozet, and across Virginia via telehealth.
My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based practices, and client-centered care. Rather than applying a single framework, I listen closely to where you are and what will genuinely resonate — because lasting change comes from feeling truly met.
Early sessions are more conversation than checklist — getting to know each other, understanding what's brought you here, and building a foundation of trust at your pace.
A clearer sense of what you're feeling and why, practical tools for managing distress, and the ability to trust your own instincts even when life is uncertain.
Therapy, at its best, makes itself unnecessary. The self-awareness and steadiness you build here travels with you long after our work together is done.
Entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals navigating pivots, launches, and reinvention. People who are ready to move — not just reflect.
Vision, obstacles, and the mindset that lives between where you are and where you're going. Strategy with soul.
Coaching is not therapy and doesn't involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
You're building something — a business, a creative practice, a new version of your career. But transitions are rarely just logistical. They stir up self-doubt, old stories, and questions about who you're becoming.
Coaching with me is for people who are ready to move forward with accountability, clarity, and honest conversation.
We get acquainted. You share what's brought you here, ask whatever you need, and we see if working together feels right. No pressure.
More conversation than intake. I'll ask some foundational questions, but it's designed to feel organic — not like an interview.
We follow your lead. I pay attention to what's moving you forward and adapt. What you build here travels with you.
My paintings are large, layered, and loaded with meaning — acrylic and ink underlays beneath oil, where abstraction and realism blur together. A manatee drifting through seahorses and coral. A raven's iridescent feathers against a storm of roses. A woman mid-becoming, a hummingbird at her shoulder.
This practice shapes everything about how I work with people. It's taught me to tolerate the unfinished, to trust what a layer is becoming before it's done, and to know that meaning — in a painting or in a life — rarely announces itself until you give it time.

The self-awareness and steadiness you build here travels with you long after our work together is done. Therapy, at its best, makes itself unnecessary. That's always the goal.
